The Room Sathorn Pan is ideal for young couple with or without kids - the facilities are wonderfull - modern and never crownded. I really enjoy stayed there. Close to BTS Surakas, nice room with large space bigger than usual. Facing south is the best for me.
It is worth renting out at a perfect price.

At first, I invested in buying a room here because I thought I would live. But, it is worth renting out at a perfect price. My tenant is a businessman. I'm glad, and I don't think it can make money for me. It is expected that it will be able to resell in the future at a very profitable price. The room I bought is a 1-bedroom unit. The usable area is quite wide for staying alone or couples that are considered very comfortable. The interior is luxuriously furnished and ready to move in, almost no need to buy anything more. The project also has complete facilities. The tenant says he likes the ozone pool on the 23rd floor because it's long, overlooking a breathtaking view of the city. The atmosphere at night is nice. The location is also considered excellent in the center of the business area near Central Silom Complex, Wat Khaek, Lumphini Park, and many others.
