The new project is under construction, which is a beautiful and modern design. There is a swimming pool, fitness center, restaurant, and ample parking. The rooftop also has a swimming pool and bar. The showroom is modern in design and furnished with a full set of standard furniture. There is also a small kitchen corner, great for easy cooking. The project is in a great location as well, close to Karon Beach and 5 minutes to Patong Beach, and 20 minutes to Phuket Town. However, it is a good location so it is very suitable for investment because it is the perfect location with a famous tourist attraction that can definitely get good returns.

It is an under-construction condo located in the Karon area. If you look at the project gallery, the design is beautiful and modern, using brown tone color. It offers a room with 35 sq.m and complete facilities, including a swimming pool, a gym, sauna, on-site restaurant, and car parking spaces. Pleasant atmosphere! It also takes a few minutes to Karon Beach. The 1 bedroom interior is quite spacious, open, airy, and complete with in-room facilities, with a kitchen for enjoying cooking and a wide living area.
