A Great Place to Stay in Old Town

Stayed here for a year during our foray into life in Phuket. We appreciated being able to find a clean, affordable and comfortable space right in the middle of Phuket Town (just around the corner from the Limelight Avenue mall). The building is very well-maintained with good security and amenities. Bit of a hotel-feel in the hallways. Room had a small balcony which was pretty nice to look out over on Thai New Year's.

The project's layout really surprised me. It's well-organized and spacious. There are amenities available, including a swimming pool, fitness center, lobby, playground, and a large parking lot. Since moving into the project, I haven't had an issue with a lack of parking spaces. Most of the neighbors here are officers and some students, and they are lovely and friendly. The location is located in the heart of the city. Phuket Wittayalai School and Satree Phuket School are both nearby. Many services surround the project's area include Vachira Phuket Hospital and restaurants, which are only a few hundred meters away. The main thing is that the rental price is very affordable.
