This condo is in a good location in the heart of Pattaya. The room is clean, simple, but elegant.

I once traveled to Pattaya, and I decided to rent the condo in this project for six months. My room is a 2-bedroom and 2-bedroom unit. The room is spacious enough for my family to live in, and it also comes at a reasonable price. Plus, the location is superb, making it super convenient to travel anywhere, like shopping malls and convenience stores, Pattaya Walking Street, Central Festival Pattaya Beach, and also near Central Pattaya Beach. The condo has been well-maintained and beautiful even if it was built many years ago. The facilities within the project are great, even if it’s not as luxurious and fancy as other condos. It includes a fully-equipped fitness center. They are always crowded in the evenings and holidays, but I mostly go after work. There will be quite a few parking problems. I have to park your car, and it may take a little longer to find a parking space sometimes.
