My daughter and I were interested in the Phuket Avenue Condominium because it is located in a good location, so I decided to check it out. The condominium project is located in the heart of Phuket, not too far from the school where my daughter studies. Just 10 minutes drive to Central Festival Phuket. This condo has 7 floors and I chose to stay on the 4th floor. The room is well divided into a living area, a bedroom with a partition, a kitchen and a bathroom. For me, the room is not too cramped or small, suitable for 2 people. It comes with a full set of furniture. My daughter and I love this room so much! The project comes with many facilities such as a swimming pool, parking space, CCTV and 24-hour security system. The most impressive thing is the reception with professional staff; they give really useful information. Overall, I love it so much!
