It is one of the credible projects for investment as the developer owns both the property and the hotels. It also can guarantee the profit of the long-term investment. Plus, the condo is situated in a famous tourist destination of Phuket, an important selling point. You can be away from the bustle, yet able to reach the beach and Soi Bangla in 5 minutes. The location offers a sense of tranquility from the top of the hill, yet still gives convenience for living. So far, The project is currently under construction. It is a low-rise condominium of 4 buildings. The 1-bedroom unit at 45 sq.m, is a perfect size, not too small and not too large, with a kitchen corner, dining table set, and bedroom. The room provides a mountain view and sea view. The common areas are fully equipped, including a swimming pool, gym, and relaxation area. If you are looking for an affordable place with a good location for investment, this can be the answer I would like to recommend.
