The location is very convenient, in the heart of Nimman.

I chose to invest in a room here because of its excellent location in the heart of the trendy Nimman neighborhood, surrounded by a variety of facilities and numerous well-known restaurants. It's close to shopping malls like Kad Suan Kaew, One Nimman, and Maya Lifestyle Shopping Center. The project provides a high level of privacy, with only 68 units in the complex, and the common area includes a swimming pool, fitness center, and garden. The only thing I don't like about this place is the small parking lot. However, if you are not serious about using a private car here, public buses are also an option.

I lived here for the first year it was open. Super peaceful building, clean modern environment with top notch facilities. Right in the middle of Nimman and old city - easy access to everywhere.
