Excellent location, but old building

Excellent location with many restaurants. Not far from famous tourist landmarks such as Rawai Beach, Nai Harn Beach, or Kata Beach. Unfortunately, it is a bit close to the mosque, which has a lot of prayer noise disturbing my sleep. There is a swimming pool, a tennis court, a playground, and parking lot for residents. Personally, the project is quite old and lacks maintenance. The furniture is almost broken. But the water heater works fine, and there is no musty smell in the room. Most of the neighbors are foreigners.
