I just moved to Chiang Mai for over a year, and I rented a room in this condo because it's not far from Chiang Mai University, where I am studying. It is a one-bedroom unit with a large area, well decorated, and suitable for 1-2 people. The condo also has a swimming pool, a fitness center, a sauna, garden space, and a strict security system to ensure that you will feel relieved and safe. On top of that, this project has a good location cause there are many department stores, hospitals, night markets, convenience stores, and restaurants nearby. You don't have to be worried about foodstuffs.
