The Ocean Marina Yacht Club is the biggest marina in South East Asia. The development was built around 2007 and has 36 floors with a total of 268 units spread over an area of 32,000 sqm. The facilities include a concierge counter, swimming pool, separate male and female steam rooms, hotel service from Ocean Marina Yacht Club, private lobby, landscaped gardens, fitness room, children’s playground, BBQ area, Wi-Fi internet in the public area, CCTV, 24-hour security and keycard entry. Between this development and the Ocean Marina condominium development, next door is also a large lagoon lake. The development is right by the now operational Sukhumvit motorway highway straight from Bangkok so there’s easy point to point access without having to go via Pattaya. Central Pattaya is around 20-25 minutes away and this location is close enough to the much anticipated Eastern Economic Corridor. A MUST VIEW.
