It's the perfect option for the rental business.

I bought a one-bedroom unit in this project a while ago, and now I rent out the unit. I would say that it's worth the investment and it's also in the perfect location. I recommend this place for those who look for a cool condo in the city or who work in the Suan Luang area. The room's interior is divided into proportions, such as the kitchen area, bathroom, and living room. Overall, the design is elegant with brown tones making it look cool. The project has facilities within common areas such as a swimming pool, gym, relaxing small garden, and areas for pets. More importantly, the security system is reliable.
