The management and the security system are excellent. As I have been renting here for 5 months, the rental fee is affordable. The project location is also near ABAC University, making my life convenient when going to study. I think this condo matches me a lot as it is close to the university, ARL, BTS, and MRT. Also, the project provides a complete range of facilities, comprising a fitness center, a communal pool, leisure gardens, and key card access to the building. It's considered safe without worrying about anything. Besides, the neighbors are kind without any trouble making, warm and friendly. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed here, but I deeply understand their reasons. In general, I'm okay with the condo and happily stayed for all 5 months ago.
