This condo is next to Sutthisan Winitchai Road, an important and vibrant area because it connects to 3 main roads: Phahon Yothin Road, Vibhavadi - Rangsit Road, and Ratchadaphisek Road. The benefits of buying this condo are easily accessible to Chatuchak-Ha Yaek Lat Phrao. It is also lined with several office buildings, sources of job opportunities, as well as food options. The location is adjacent to Saphan Khwai BTS, making it even easier to get around. Also, I bought 1 bedroom condo with a beautiful, luxurious, and simple design. The room is quite large, which pleased me. The project's facilities, including a swimming pool, yoga room, garden, parking, CCTVs, and a 24-hour security system, are also complete. In general, I enjoy my time here, and I feel at home.
