I used to rent here for the short term. At the beginning of last year, we were never disappointed to stay here. The room we stayed in here was 2 bedrooms. The room is fully furnished and clean. The kitchen is also spacious with a private balcony where you can make it into a small leisure corner. I love the city view at night here and the lights surrounding the condo. It was very relaxing and I didn't need to go dining outside. Apart from the tranquil and clean common area, there is also a full range of facilities and 24 hours security system.

It’s a small project as there are only 60 units, providing a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. It is in the city center of the Samsen Nai District. It’s not next to the train station or on the main road, so it’s suitable for people who have their cars. The design of the project is very elegant; my room is a one-bedroom unit. It’s spacious and well-proportioned with full furniture. The indoor swimming pool in the project is a good size and has always been kept clean. I like it!

A quality condo conveniently located in a location that can be connected everywhere. It made a perfect vacation in Bangkok because this condo is fully equipped with facilities such as a swimming pool, fitness center, and many other services. It is also surrounded by amenities such as Saphan Kwai BTS, Siam Paragon, and Don Mueang International Airport, only a few minutes. Also, I am impressed with Le Monaco Residence Ari. The 1 bedroom unit is stylishly decorated and perfectly proportioned. This place is really complete.

I used to rent this condo for a while, and the facilities are complete, including a swimming pool, a sauna, and a fitness center. The one-bedroom unit I rented was finely-furnished. I hardly have any problems here, super like it! Restaurants and convenience stores are all-around at an affordable price. The project is close to the Phaholyothin main road, making traveling very easy.

Splendid condo in the center of the Samsen Nai area. The condo is conveniently located in the community, with plenty of restaurants and shops. The surrounding atmosphere is pleasant. It's about 1 km away from Ari BTS, and there is a motorbike taxi near the condo. The condo has common areas such as a swimming pool, fitness center, and elevators. The room is decorated very luxuriously. There is a complete set of good quality furniture.

The project has been completed shortly, and many residents live here. The room I bought is a 2-bedroom, and I've moved for 2 weeks. The first day I moved in, I felt comfortable and slept tight. It gives me a feeling of being at home, not a condo. The room is pleasant, overlooking beautiful city views. There are about 60 units here, so people are not crowded and give good privacy. The common areas are provided appropriately. I love the indoor swimming pool most because I can swim anytime without being afraid of heat and damaging skin. Oh!! It's also close to 2 BTS stations: Saphan Khwai BTS and Ari BTS stations, making it easy to travel everywhere. Also, if you want to go shopping, it is very convenient and fast without traffic congestion. Those looking for a place to live or buy a second home, even buy for rent, I would like to recommend it here, and I guarantee that it gives the best profit.
