It's interesting to invest in Bangkok. The project is located in a great location. It is very convenient and prosperous in the area. Close to Sam Yan MRT and Chamchuri Square. The neighborhood of the project has famous department stores, universities and temples as well. The project also emphasizes convenient living for the residents. There are common areas such as a swimming pool, reception, and car park available. There are 1-2 bedrooms available. The interior is partially furnished, but the security team is quite strict. It seems to be easy to rent out as well.

I've been following up on the news of this project, which should be completed next year. The location is excellent, close to Chulalongkorn University that I am studying. So it can get there in less than 20 minutes. This project design is suitable for students like me. There is a co-working space where I can conveniently study online. I also like the saltwater swimming pool on the rooftop with the Chao Phraya River view. I can relieve the stress after studying hard. The room I am interested in is a one-bedroom, the price is not too high. The room size is large enough to stay alone. I won't feel cramped. Besides, the room is well decorated with built-in furniture. I will check my room if I have time.

Even though the project is not yet completed, it's considered the most magnificent condo in this area. I have considered investing for a while and think this place well-matched because it is convenient to travel to. It has 1-2 bedrooms and offers a full range of facilities. I think it's worth it, and I have to wait to see how much will be reserved here...

This condo matches Chulalongkorn University students as it's easily accessible to the university. Even going to other places is also convenient because it is close to Silom MRT. The location makes everyday life convenient, close to shopping malls and restaurants. The room is also fully furnished, but the 1 bedroom unit is quite small, ideal for couples. If staying more than 2 people, it's uncomfortable. Besides, the common area also meets my needs as there is a place for reading books and doing activities with friends. In general, it suits university students as the price is not high and renting it out is also worthwhile.
