Located in Sukhumvit soi 2 in between two BTS stations. This street is not crowded and is acceptable as a residential street. This low rise projects is outdated but also one of the most affordable projects in this vicinity. The unit layouts in not always functional and the quality of the materials used goes with the age of the building
The condo in the city center is complete with everything.

The condo in the city center is complete with everything. It's close to many department stores, including Central World, Siam Paragon, and Central Embassy. Traveling is also convenient, close to Phloen Chit BTS and Nana BTS. It's easy to find something to eat and not far from the party zone. Unfortunately, there are a few facilities, probably enough for less than 150 units, the facilities are well-maintained, though. The pool is clean. The staff is professional and helpful. The room I bought is now entering its 2nd year. It is a one-bedroom unit, fully furnished and ready to move in. The size is good. The atmosphere is quiet, peaceful, private, and I feel safe. It's suitable for a single person like me.
