My friend and I have been renting this 1 bedroom condo. It is a fully furnished condo with 40 square meters of the unit area and is well-proportioned. The scenery is nice, and the neighbors mostly are students, which is considered not too crowded. Although there are several units, the common area is perfect and clean, consisting of an on-site restaurant and swimming pool. The gym is pretty small, but it's not a big deal. Besides, it is convenient to access everywhere because it is close to the main route but a bit far from the National Stadium BTS, which is over 1 kilometer away.
