A well maintained building in the heart of Pattaya. Located on 3rd and connecting South Pattaya, minutes away from naught walking street. This condo would be ideal for people that love the buzzing Pattaya nighlife.

When I first moved here, there was construction near the condo, making a lot of noise, especially during the day. Now everything is ok and impressed because the room is beautiful. The balcony overlooks Pattaya Beach. The condo was recently completed and had complete facilities, comprising a swimming pool, sauna, and fitness room. It is fully equipped. If going to Pattaya Beach or a walking street, it only takes about 10-15 minutes. If anyone is looking for a convenient travel condo, I recommend it here. !!!

This is another condo by the beach in Pattaya. The room is fully furnished, clean, elegant, modern with a spacious living area. The common area includes a swimming pool, a fitness room, and a rooftop garden where you can have a sea view. As the building height is outstanding so you can see a better view than other buildings. Service-minded staff to provide complete information and high security. It's so lovely to be here.

The condo is located in a prime area on Pattaya 3rd Road next to South Pattaya Road. It is a key location, close to tourist attractions like Pattaya Beach and surrounded by famous restaurants and hotels. It's a new project, under the luxurious concept. Within the project, there are a swimming pool, gym, and sauna. There are types of rooms available from the studio, 1 bedroom, and 2 bedrooms with different views. The neighbors here are lovely and very friendly. Plus, there is a very high-security system, as well.
Great condo at an affordable price

I rent this condo here monthly. Overall, it is great at an affordable price. It’s in the city center, making it’s easy to get anywhere, as it takes only 5 mins to Walking Street, where you can find pubs and bars. If you want to go shopping, just a 10-minute drive to the Central Festival shopping mall. It’s absolutely perfect for an urban escape, as it takes an hour and a half from BKK. The room that I live in is a one-bedroom unit, which is pretty large. I stay on the 28th floor, so it allows me to see a stunning view of Pattaya city. During the day, I usually open the window making it so airy. This room is fully-furnished, so you can just move in without carrying too much stuff. There are a swimming pool and fitness center within the condo for those who want to exercise or chill out by the pool. For me, I usually go to the cafe or a garden in the project. The security system is trustworthy, with a 24-hour security guard and an access-control elevator making me feel secured. It’s a great place judging on from its quality and the price.

This condo is in a golden location of Pattaya, in the middle of prosperity. It's close to Walking Street, Central Festival, and Bali Hai. The condo itself has a luxurious and modern design. I chose to buy a room on the 26th floor to see the view of the Pattaya sea. Appliances inside the condo are standard. Even though I don't use it often, there isn't any problem as far as I have noticed. The common area has a swimming pool, garden, fitness center, bar, and restaurant. I bought it for rental and speculating sales.

It is a very good new condominium in Pattaya. The condo is fully furnished. I bought one studio room. It is a new condo located in a very beautiful location, only 5 minutes from the city center. I can go anywhere conveniently. In addition, this place is also equipped with many facilities such as a swimming pool, sauna, fitness center, cafe, and car parking spaces; it is very convenient. My room is very nicely decorated, and the facilities are excellent. Anyway, another disadvantage is a little noisy from the road. But overall, okay. It is highly recommended!
