Condo in town near convenient places

This condo is on the main road, with some noise, especially during the day times. Still, it is considered acceptable as travel around is easy. It's near Central Festival Phuket with less than 10 minutes drive. You can easily find food there. In terms of a neighborhood, there are many restaurants and shops. The room I rented is a studio room, fully furnished, and rented out at a low price. The facilities here are well maintained, especially the swimming pool and fitness center. Security guards work very well.

The location is excellent. It’s in the heart of the city, close to the Central Department Store, and a weekend market. Going to Patong is also very convenient. It takes about 20 minutes only. There is a full-service common area within the project, including a saltwater swimming pool, ample parking space, fitness, and golf putting stimulator. The neighbors are both Thai and foreign. The unit I live in is a one-bedroom room, and the size is perfect for living alone. It is fully furnished with furniture, ready to move in. There is a small kitchen corner, including a microwave, a stove, and a hood. More importantly, the rental price here is very reasonable. Recommended!
