This remarkable penthouse has two floors of the right size. Downstairs has a private swimming pool. Facilities in the project are excellent, including a reception, a spa, a restaurant, a children's playroom, a gym, a clubhouse, etc. Great location on Layan Hill surrounded by trees overlooking the sea and mountains, suitable for people who love nature and peace.

A 2-story luxurious pool villa with a swimming pool under construction in Soi Layan 9, Cherngtalay. It's expected to be completed in 2021. From what I did the research, the first phase will be 28 units on over 3 rai. The materials used in construction and decoration are fine and of high quality. Worthwhile for investment as the location is private and not far from Porto de Phuket, a venue of shops and restaurants.

Here is a house project that is a natural garden, but I can see the sea view from a distance. Also, overlooking the sea view through the room and the balcony of the private pool. It is a 2-story villa with 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, with a large glass window in the bedroom. At the entrance, there is an outdoor shower and a large balcony. The journey is a bit far from the city and shopping areas. It is about 12 kilometers from the airport. It is a quiet and safe home. I think it is suitable for young families or couples. If anyone is looking for a luxury home in Phuket, this is a right choice. It is a freehold project, so I think it is inexpensive. It is worth a long term investment. It must be very beautiful once the project is complete.

It is a new condo not far from Layan Beach. With the 24-hour security system here, you can be sure that it is safe. For example, spas, airport shuttle bus, and personal assistant. It is really good value due to the great location not far from Choeng Thale's prosperity and many other attractions.

I would say that I fell in love with this place at first sight. After that, I contacted the salesperson and made a reservation already. The project only has a one-bedroom type available, which is a 1 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit. The house is two-story and well-divided. There is a large window within the house, making it possible to see the view all around. Besides, this place is close to Layan Beach, only 5-minute driving. For those looking for an investment opportunity, this place is also an interesting option as there is a rental guarantee program. Overall, it's good for living and investment.

I booked this villa for this project because I love the villa located on the hillside, overlooking a wonderful sea view. The villa area is surrounded by lush green nature. I booked a 2-story villa, consisting of bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, and a private pool with a balcony offering natural scenery and sea view in the distance. The project has excellently been designed. There is a complete range of facilities such as a reception hall, clubhouse, communal gym, on-site restaurant, and an airport transfer service for the project facilities. In general, this villa matches all conveniences and is worth the price.
