Close to Ploenchit BTS station, just 3 minutes walk.

I rented here because it is close to the main road and close to the Ploenchit BTS station. All this convenience makes my life more convenient and comfortable. Some days I have to go for an appointment with the customers. I always drive a car. The day I go working, I usually take the BTS Skytrain because it is convenient and doesn't waste my time. I love the room I rented so much, even though it is a low-rise condominium project, but I can experience the amazing Bangkok's view. I stayed here while working in Bangkok, and I can recommend to all of you looking for the condo to stay. I will suggest here because it is convenient. The project location is surrounded by numerous restaurants and department stores. Moreover, it is a tranquility and privacy place. The residents here also are cute and friendly and don't bother me at all.

I've stayed here for 1 week. Our room is a fully-furnished 1-bedroom on the 5th floor. Shame that the water heater didn't work, so my girlfriend complained a lot. Fortunately, the owner fixed it immediately, so it's okay. Convenient travel near Ploenchit BTS, just 5 minutes by foot.

The rooms are clean and well maintained. The building has an excellent security system. The pool is clean. The scenery is amazing from the rooftop. The room has a wide area, but a few disadvantages are that the walls and the door are thin. It rarely keeps sound and easily makes a little noise coming into the room. Overall, It is considered okay as it features a wide and large swimming pool, but there are no beds or umbrellas by the pool. However, the location is excellent, and the price is reasonable and okay. It is also close to all the nearby amenities, such as Phetchaburi MRT Station and Bumrungrad International Hospital, just a few minutes only.
It is situated in the downtown area.

Thai friends recommend the condo here to me, and I am impressed because it is situated in the downtown area. Since I've been here, I rarely go outside because it comprises the complete facilities, whether it is a swimming pool and a fitness room. If you are hungry, you can easily order Food Panda delivery. The space in the room is spacious and proportionate. There is a small and well-equipped kitchen. If going out to various places, you can walk to Ploenchit BTS station. It takes only 5 minutes !! The condo is good, worth the price paid.

The building looks old, but the interior is extensively renovated. The interior is nice and clean. However, the facilities cause me disappointed because the communal pool is not well-maintained, yet there is not enough exercise equipment for the residents. Nevertheless, the project location is near Phloen Chit BTS Station, just about 400 meters or 5 minutes' walk.
