Villa Inci is a superior 6-bedroom villa is located in a private, high-end enclave in a sought-after area. As an added incentive, if the villa is rented for a whole week between 1st April and 1st December, a boat charter for one day with MY Olympia would be included. Please note however, that petrol, food and beverages must be paid for separately. On entry, the views across the Amanpuri peninsula are stunning, with clear sight of both Bang Tao and Surin beaches. Almost all the main living areas give excellent views across the valley below to the sea beyond.
Steps down take you to the main living area of the villa, all set around the central focus of the villa, the large infinity-edged, salt-water swimming pool. The 50 sqm pool also has a seated Jacuzzi section at the front. To the right is a capacious room, complete with a professional slate-bed pool table, and a comfortable seating area with flat-screen TV. Externally there is a large covered terrace with ceiling fans which provides additional relaxation space for those not partaking of the pool table.
The rental rate includes electricity, water, internet and satellite TV, plus a maid and houseboy. The live-in maid works from 8am - 5pm, and she can prepare meals after hours but at an extra cost. The building (the bricks and mortar) can be owned by a non-Thai national outright in their name in what is called the house registry which secures ownership indefinitely of the structure.
In Thailand, non-Thai nationals cannot own land outright in their name. Land can be controlled through either a Thai Company or a long-term registered lease. The longest registered lease term by Thai law is 30 years, and most developers will offer 3 terms for a total of 90 years.

A 30-year lease period is legally protected under Thai law and ownership cannot be disrupted. It is common for developers to offer an additional two terms of 30 contractually obligating a total of 90 years.
