Villa Summer Estate is a recently built modern and luxurious house on absolute and unspoiled beachfront of Natai Beach, Phuket-Phang Nga, Thailand. It is an easy 25-minute drive north from Phuket International Airport, and 10-15 minutes north of Blue Canyon Golf Country Club and five-star resorts: Anantara, Renaissance, Sala Phuket.
Villa Summer Estate is owned by a family in Bangkok and is used as a second home. The Villa maintains a clean, exclusive environment, unlike many high-volume rental properties in the area. The Villa is two floor, four bedroom house, built in a modern minimalist style, replete with swimming pool and gym. All the bedrooms, living rooms, kitchen and dining room face the ocean. The ground floor is open plan, allowing for a sumptuous living space across the house's full length. The tones are white, blue, earthen, with a dash of red.
The kitchen is a showcase piece, by Binova of Italy, with Miele appliances, including convection oven and gas hobs. The granite top kitchen island connects to an adjustable-height kitchen table. Villa Summer Estate has all types of cook and bakeware, including an Illy Espresso machine, waffle maker and Bodum blender. There is also a Thai kitchen outside, by the servant's quarters, with laundry machines.
The gym has Life Fitness treadmill, bike, with weights, weight bench. Flooring is specially designed for an exercise room, by Bolon of Sweden and the pattern is done by Missoni, of Italy.
The view to the outside is clear, linear, smooth: the pool, the grass, the ocean. The large grass space of 180 square meters allows for a continuous view of the ocean and earth's horizon line. The TV room or the 'Blue Room' has 42" Samsung TV, UBC cable programming, DVD player and Apple TV.
Three bedrooms have king-sized beds, and one bedroom has two full twin-sized beds, perfect for two kids. All rooms have their own balcony, directly facing the ocean. Master features a walk-in closet, doorless shower, jacuzzi bathtub. Each room has its own TV and DVD player, and the master includes an Apple TV. The house has VOIP phone connectivity, allowing for long distance calls at almost no cost to most countries. There is LAN and WiFi throughout the house, as well by the pool, outdoor Sala - covered daybed area. There is table tennis in the front of the house, protected from sun and wind.

The building (the bricks and mortar) can be owned by a non-Thai national outright in their name in what is called the house registry which secures ownership indefinitely of the structure.
In Thailand, non-Thai nationals cannot own land outright in their name. Land can be controlled through either a Thai Company or a long-term registered lease. The longest registered lease term by Thai law is 30 years, and most developers will offer 3 terms for a total of 90 years.
