New housing projects. The premises are in a fantastic place, right in the heart of the city. All amenities are nearby, including Central Festival Phuket, Big C, which is only a 5-minute drive, and Kajonkiet Pattana School, which is right next to the project. Besides, the location allows easy traveling. It has a wide four-lane road where the cars aren't too crowded. The project has a strict security system. There is a swimming pool and parks. My house has three bedrooms in a detached type with an extensive space. However, it is not furnished. The house is surrounded by a small garden, and is pet-friendly. Also, the neighbors are friendly, and most of them are Thai.
