Lat Phrao MRT is only 140 meters away. I have been living in this condo for months. It's a 1-bedroom unit with floor-to-ceiling windows designed for a panoramic view so I could clearly see a full view of the city and didn't feel cramped at all. Plus, there are many in-room amenities, such as shelves that can store a lot of stuff, giving more space and cookware, which is pretty practical in use. The project also provides excellent comfort in common areas and facilities, such as a spacious lobby area that can accommodate many guests, a fitness center, and a large swimming pool. So I would say that this is an absolute choice for anyone who lives in the city seeking complete convenience in every aspect.
