To get to the project, you can start from Reef Cafe with a distance of 1.4 kilometers, and it takes about 5 minutes. Head west onto Laem Set Road for about 30 meters and continue straight ahead on Laem Set Road for 1 kilometer. Then, turn right and go forward for 350 meters. Turn left, and you will find the project on the left.
The building (the bricks and mortar) can be owned by a non-Thai national outright in their name in what is called the house registry which secures ownership indefinitely of the structure.
