The common area maintenance fee at Havana Villas is ฿10 per square meter based on the plot size of the property. This fee has to be paid every month by owners for the upkeep of the common areas of the project. For new residential developments, it is common to pay up to 1-3 years’ common area maintenance fees in advance upon the transfer of the properties' ownership.

The building (the bricks and mortar) can be owned by a non-Thai national outright in their name in what is called the house registry which secures ownership indefinitely of the structure. 

In Thailand non-Thai nationals cannot own land outright in their name. Land can be controlled through either a Thai Company or a long-term registered lease. The longest registered lease term by Thai law is 30 years and most developers will offer 3 terms for a total of 90 years.

The design of the villa is wonderful, stylish, and uniquely elegant. Located on a hill surrounded by lush nature with an ocean view, so you can adore the natural scenery while relaxing fully. The villas range from 4-6 bedrooms, quite spacious, and comes with a private swimming pool in every unit near Bang Kao Beach, about 3 minutes drive.
