To get to the project by car, you can start from Lamai Beach. The total distance is 3.8 kilometers, or it takes approximately 9 minutes to drive. Firstly, head north for 93 meters, and turn left. After that, go straight for another 56 meters and turn left onto Phong Phonrat Road / Hat Lamai Road. Continue on the road for 700 meters and turn left onto Route 4169. After that, keep going for about 1.5 kilometers, and turn right. Then, go straight for 750 meters and turn left. Within 500 meters, you will find the project.

There are only 7 villas in the project, and the design is luxury style with romantic seaview.

My wife and I run a real estate business in Bangkok, but we really love Koh Samui, so we decided to rent this villa for a vacation. At the moment, the project is under construction, and there is one plot completed. Still, some people were interested and reserved it already. I really like this project because it is not busy, as there are only 7 plots. The atmosphere is superb as it is surrounded by many trees, making it so peaceful. Plus, every villa has been designed in modern style with full amenities ( by the way, this is the sample villa that the salesperson showed me). The only downside is that there are no project facilities, such as a gym clubhouse or communal swimming pool. It’s a legal construction. There is an access road with water and electricity, and it is convenient to travel to various locations.
