This is a freehold condominium in Bophut which I was a former owner of so I do know the property well. Good common area pool and gym facilities and great location just minutes from Bophut Fishermans village. One of a few foreign freehold condominiums on Koh Samui and a great investment property or home.

I moved to Samui with my husband and have rented this condo for 6 months. We haven’t found any problems so far. There are enough facilities in the common area. Also, the staff was friendly and professional, and neighbors were so nice to us. Plus, the location is superb as it’s close to many important places and tourist attractions. Overall, it’s suitable for living.
