Direction to the Project
To get to the project by private car, start from the Chalerm Maha Nakhon Expressway. Head south passing Bangna Intersection. Then, drive for 4.8 kilometers to Sukhumvit Road and go straight for 1.7 kilometers. Make a U-turn and go straight for 280 meters; you will find the project on the right.

To get to the project by public transportation, get off at Chang Erawan BTS, the nearest station to the project. Exit the station and head south on Sukhumvit Road for approximately 130 meters; the project is on the right.

Peaceful condo near Chang Erawan BTS station

For those who want to escape the busy city center, this place is very suitable because the project is quite far from the city. It isn't crowded, but you don't worry about traveling because it's close to Chang Erawan BTS, which has recently opened. It takes 2 minutes walking. The number of units is quite large with over a thousand units, making it less private. The room is quite narrow. For example, the room where I live is a studio, about 23 SqM, but it's comfortable being alone. However, the room is well-proportioned. There is also a laundry room. The washing machine is enough for residents, but there is only one dryer. It's fine in summer, but when it comes to the rainy season, I'm afraid that the tumble dryer won't be enough. Although the surrounding area doesn't have any restaurant or market, it's still good that there are shops and restaurants around the project, which is very convenient.

Condo with a nice atmosphere near BTS station and far from the city's hustle and bustle, but it is still very convenient to travel by BTS. Perfect place to live! Good weather. Our high floor unit has a beautiful view, especially at night; it looks so amazing. The materials used are of good quality. The walls are quite thick. I could not hear any noise from outside. Very convenient with 7-Eleven on the ground floor. It's cozy. There are also many foreigners staying here.
