Condo in a quiet atmosphere. Less than 3 minutes walk to BTS

I bought this place because I wanted to stay in a quiet atmosphere. This condo is far from the crowded area in the city but still in a convenient location. From here, it is less than 3 minutes walk to the BTS station, which is very close and affordable. The common facilities are clean, and there is a 7-Eleven downstairs. The rooftop offers a stunning view of the Chao Phraya River curve. The rooms are a good size for 2 people, I suggest buying a room that is a little bigger if you need more space. But overall, it's worth it.
It’s a decent condo

It’s a decent condo at an affordable price. This place is suitable for both residential and investment. Personally, I bought it to live by myself. My room is a one-bedroom room. The size is decent with full furniture with good quality for the price. My room is on the 30th floor, the view from the room overlooking the Chao Phraya river bend, which is exclusive. With more than a thousand units within the project, sometimes the passenger elevators or the parking lot is not enough for the residents. The location is okay, not far from BTS Chang Erawan, making it easy to travel anywhere.
It is a very attractive condo to invest.

It is a lovely condo to invest in because the location is not as busy as in the capital city, Bangkok. It is very comfortable to travel because it is next to Sukhumvit Road and Chang Erawan BTS. It makes commuting easy. The project also has a 7-11 for 24 hours. As for the one-bedroom type I bought for investment, the price was only 2 million. It is considered not expensive at all. The view from the room is the Chao Phraya River curve; the atmosphere is superb. In my room, space is well divided into decent zones. The furniture is complete. Besides, the project also has a swimming pool, a fitness center, gardens, and a security system. It's complete with everything. If you don't stay here, renting it out is a good choice.
