It is a built-to-order house project that takes about 12 months to build. The process begins after signing the contract and paying the deposit. I like the house in this project, so I decided to buy it. It has three bedrooms and has a living area of ​​about 300 square meters. The location here is perfect, as it is close to the beach with the perfect atmosphere. It’s also easy to get anywhere since it takes only a few mins to shops, restaurants, convenience stores, and fresh markets. The house is beautifully designed in a modern style. It is a 3-story house with a roof deck where you can sit and relax and enjoy the sea and mountains views. The price is relatively high, but it is very worthwhile considering a good location near the sea.
