Directions to the Project

To get to the Marrakesh Residence, you can start on Soi Hua Hin 87 from the Hua Thanon community area, heading east on the alley for about 1 kilometer. Then turn left onto Route 4 (Phetkasem Road) for about 400 meters and make a U-turn for about 210 meters. Turn left for another 17 meters, and turn right again for another 160 meters. You will see the Marrakesh Residences on your left-hand side.

The place made our summer even more perfect. The property is located in an excellent location, right next to the beach and close to Cicada market, only 1 kilometer away. The condo has a large beachfront swimming pool. It's suitable for resting, but a lot of people use it on weekends. The big 1 bedroom is beautifully decorated, fully furnished, but the condition is a bit outdated.

I rented this place for 3 weeks, and I like everything such as lovely staff, good service, long swimming pool, and a shady atmosphere. My 1-bedroom room has complete kitchen equipment making it convenient to cook. Excellent location near Hua Hin beach in walking distance. It is close to the Petchkasem main road as well, so it's very convenient to travel. You can easily find food and shops around the area. A suitable and worthwhile place to stay. I will come back to visit again.

My boyfriend and I came to relax at this condo last week. The staff here welcomed us friendly and advised us about various tourist attractions, restaurants, and traveling to various places, allowing convenience throughout the stay. Our room is 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and fully furnished. The condo atmosphere is also quiet, comprising a large communal pool in the center of the condo. There is a garden around it, making the atmosphere look shady, suitable for sunbathing, or relaxing all day long. The location here is next to the beach, matching those who like the beach like us very much. It can also travel to major attractions in Hua Hin, only a few minutes from this condo.
The accommodation is unique, beautiful, and peaceful.

It is suitable for weekend getaways because of peace and privacy. There are also relatively few people and it is not crowded. The on-site includes a nice swimming pool, which there is a constant cleaning of the pool area. Overall, it is ok. The building is well designed, and the security guard also serves a good job. Besides, many restaurants surrounded the accommodation, very comfortable. The location is very convenient to travel to the main attractions in Hua Hin, such as the night market, water park, bus station, and Blue Port shopping mall. If you don't want to stay in an accommodation or want to do something, various tourist attractions are close to the project. Overall, Marrakesh Residences is a great residence that I have been taken good care of.

I've been here for about 6 months. It is a vacation condo with complete facilities. The design is unique, and there is also a walkway down to the beachfront. It is called the best location ever. It is also hotel-managed, which is sometimes too busy, especially during the weekends. Fortunately, the project zones the rooms well; therefore, there are no bothering noises. Besides, the project provides a large swimming pool, and the maintenance is ok. I think staying here is like sleeping in a hotel every day. Plus, the security system is very good. If anyone is looking for a vacation condo in Hua Hin city, I recommend this place.
