To get to the project by car, start from Petchkasem Road at PTT Petrol Station. Head north on Petchkasem Road (Route 4) for approximately 5.7 kilometers. Then, turn right onto National Highway 1019 for 240 meters and turn left. Drive for 350 meters and turn left again for 280 meters. Then, turn right into Manora Village and continue for 25 meters. Turn right again for 51 meters and turn left. Continue for 50 meters; you will find the project on the right.

If anyone is looking for a private villa surrounded by good surroundings and located in a potential community, I recommend Manora Village 3. It is very responsive to modern people or large families because there is a spacious space with 3 bedrooms. The size that I bought, it's worth it. The villas are clearly and appropriately divided into different rooms. Moreover, there are complete facilities such as a swimming pool, a fitness center, jacuzzi, a restaurant, and a relaxation garden. It makes everyday convenient.

The house here is wonderful and sold out so fast in the previous phase. When I bought the 3-bedroom house from this project, I understand why. The house area is extremely spacious with a private garden. There is a lot of space inside the house with a well-organized house plan and looks modern. The facilities here are everything you need, including a swimming pool, gym, garden, and restaurant project. The surrounding area is shady and is very quiet, suitable for living. So I don't hesitate to bring happiness to everyone in my family, including my wife's dog. As for the price, it is considered okay. If you ask me about the location, it is very close to Khao Tao Beach, just a few minutes away. There is a golf course nearby as well. Shops and restaurants are easy to find. It is a very livable project in terms of living.
