This house is the first vacation home in Hua Hin. I like the location of this place as Hua Hin is not far from Bangkok. It doesn't take long to drive on weekends. Moreover, the project is located in Soi Hua Hin 102, where it is quiet, not far from convenience stores and department stores. My house is a single house, well decorated, modern. It's also gated, making it so private. There is a private swimming pool. It's not very big, but enough for my family and me to enjoy each other. The security system is quite reliable, making me feel at ease even when I leave my house.

I chose to buy a house in this project many years ago for a family vacation place. It is an ideal villa for a vacation as the atmosphere around the project is quiet. People are also not too crowded. Moreover, there is a security system inside the village. For my villa, there are complete amenities which are easy and convenient to use. All furniture is made from wood, making it last longer than other types of furniture. During the night, the village entrance lightens, and many cars are passing all night long. The most important thing is that numerous restaurants and convenience stores surround it. In general, we can live a chill life, although it is as inconvenient as living in the city.

The house has a wide area and perfectly divides the living area. It is situated in a good location not far from the city center. It is quite quiet. If you want to travel into the city, it is close to Petchkasem Road. So you can travel comfortably. Also, the people are lovely, and the in-house facilities are excellent. Apart from that, everything is fine. It's a home with a good atmosphere, ideal for recreation. There is a private swimming pool as well, very good.

Comfortable living as its name. Living in this place gives me peace of mind. The village is really big with complete facilities such as a swimming pool, garden, and restaurant. Every unit of the village is connected with the main road. The village's master plan is quite tidy. My house is a single-story house with a spacious living area, and there is a fence around it. The style of the house is very modern. Above all, the village's street is full of light poles to make it feel safe at night. The neighborhood of the project has many villages. It is bustling with a constant flow of people and plenty of retail shops and restaurants, so you don't have to worry about food and dining. Also, it's close to school. Convenient to get in and out of the city.

The project is located on Soi Hua Hin 102. The location is surrounded by residential areas, which is pretty quiet. Also, there are not many convenience stores in this alley. If you want to go shopping, you have to go into town for about 10 minutes. The house has a private pool, which I clean up 2-3 times a month. It is considered safe here as there are CCTV cameras around the village. Plus, various facilities in the common area, whether a playground, a park, and an on-site restaurant. Overall, worth it! This place is suitable for a large family !!
