The best thing about this building, is maybe the huge pool located in the middle of the city. Walking you can go literally everywhere in Hua Hin, the beach, shopping mall, night market, railway station it is uniquely located in the middle of all attractions. Also it is new and the facilities are top notch. The personnel is friendly and helpful. It is an amazing place!

This project is located on the main road, the units are standard and have no decorations. Small sized and perfect for singles with a low budget. Major development does deliver good construction quality , so therefore its worth an investment. This project is in the heart of Hua hin city, conveniently surrounded by all the landmarks and venues

I am looking for a second home or a vacation house that can act as my shelter from Bangkok's hustle. It shouldn't be far and safe for living alone, and I don't pay much attention to the view. I visited this condo, and it's recently built and affordable, without a sea view. The location is good; you can walk to the beach, yet it's still in the town where you can find food at the night market. This condo is new and not very high, with many facilities available such as a pool, a gym, a jacuzzi, a big garden. I live in a 1-bedroom unit, about 40 sq.m. It's beautiful and furnished. I love that they separated the kitchen area from the bedroom and the living room with the wall. Parking seems to be a problem here. It's not enough, but if you don't stay here on a long weekend, it's still possible to find one.
