Great condo with a pleasant atmosphere

A condo has a pleasant atmosphere near Hua Hin Beach, just 5 minutes walk. The project location is not far from the town, with shops, restaurants, and malls. The room I bought has 1 bedroom. It's spacious at 53 sq.m. The furniture is quite old but still working. The price is reasonable, not too pricey compared to other condos in the same area.

A good place not far from the city center. It is also close to Bangkok Hospital and the big department stores. I rented a Baan Sanpluem condo with my friend, and the unit area is wide, not uncomfortable, and I can open the door to see the beautiful pool view as well. The room exterior has a perfect atmosphere and is surrounded by gardens and shady plants. There is also a large-wide swimming pool in the middle of the condo, including the seaside pool, overlooking the sea view. Also, there is an area for sunbathing. It is such a complete villa and ideal for relaxation.

It is a condo with a pleasant atmosphere. It is very close to Hua Hin beach in walking distance, and surrounded by many shops, minimarts, restaurants, and bars to chill out. The nearest bar is only 20 meters from the condo. As for the condo, it is well designed. I rented a one-bedroom unit of 52 sq.m, which is well divided. I didn't feel uncomfortable at all when compared to living in a house. The furniture is standard and is well maintained. It's ready to move in. This condo also has a swimming pool, an outdoor area for activities and a small party, and professional hotel management. Overall, it is very comfortable and inviting.

We decided to rent a unit, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, for vacationing with my girlfriend. It was our first time visiting Hua Hin, so we chose this condo as it was convenient to travel to Hua Hin town and the beach. There are sunbeds on the beach too. The condo has a large communal swimming pool for both adults and children. The atmosphere around the condo is quiet, with many seats to relax. Plus, there is enough parking space. Overall, this place is relaxing and private. The rental price is not expensive at all for accommodation by the beach.

I have a room here, but I rent it out to foreigners for 2 or 3 years now. The room is always rented. The atmosphere is perfect, quiet, and private. The project is located next to the beach, and the opposite is Bangkok Hospital. Also, you can easily find food in this neighborhood. As the area is quite crowded, you won't feel lonely. The project has a lovely pool, garden, and strict security. Very worth the investment!

I know the condo here because my friend recommended it. I think it is worth the money as it is located in a good place right on the beach and opposite the hospital. Also, there are many convenience stores in the neighborhood. You can walk to the nearby shops for only 5-10 minutes. It seems crowded outside, but the project is quite tranquil and safe though. There is also a 24-hour security guard. The pool is clean and spacious. Anyway, I am not impressed with the car parking, which is on the ground floor and the area is too narrow. Sometimes, it is not enough for the residents, but overall it is not too bad compared to other services. I think this place is entirely worth it. !!

I bought a 1-bedroom unit in the condo to stay on vacation and rent out. My room has fully furnished. Also, the atmosphere is shady, and the common areas are clean. They have many amenities such as gardens, a swimming pool, and a reception. Most importantly, the condo is beachfront; you can easily walk straight to Hua Hin Beach. It is a condo that I decide to buy without hesitation because it is worth investing in as it's on the beach at a reasonable price. Not easy to find one like this.
