Direction to the Project
To get to the project, you can start from Hua Hin Bypass Intersection. Turn onto Highway 3218 and go straight for about 5 kilometers, and you will reach the entrance to the project (There are 7-Eleven in the corner). Turn left and go straight ahead for 240 meters, and you will see the project on the right-hand side.
The building (the bricks and mortar) can be owned by a non-Thai national outright in their name in what is called the house registry which secures ownership indefinitely of the structure.
