A quality village. The atmosphere is quiet and private. A strict security system with a key-card access system and entry sticker. The neighbors are friendly, and most of them are Thais. It is a 2-storey detached house with 3 bedrooms and parking. There is also a yard for pets. The location is good, near Surin Beach or Boat Avenue. Nearby, there is a school within 5 minutes distance. It is very suitable for living with family.
