Layan Beach is the nearest Beach from Trisara and it is 3.6 km away.

The building (the bricks and mortar) can be owned by a non-Thai national outright in their name in what is called the house registry which secures ownership indefinitely of the structure. 

In Thailand, non-Thai nationals cannot own land outright in their name. Land can be controlled through either a Thai Company or a long-term registered lease. The longest registered lease term by Thai law is 30 years, and most developers will offer 3 terms for a total of 90 years.

I wish I could stay at Trisara a little longer.

This place gave me a wonderful experience. My husband and I traveled there for our honeymoon and chose to stay here out of those hundreds of projects. And I really couldn't go wrong. I decided a 2-bedroom residence, and as soon as I got into the project. I felt the warmth and professional service. The villa was clean, luxurious, simply decorated. But everything was fully serviced. Inside the villa, there is a swimming pool with a stunning view in the evening. Our villa overlooks the sea, and also the atmosphere was very shady. We had an in-house dinner from the chef who cooked perfectly for us. I must say that they are valuable, delicious, and most importantly, they took good care of us. And the location is also easy for traveling, just a short drive to a tranquil Naithon Beach, shops, and restaurants. And the airport is only 15 minutes away!
