My wife and I booked the 1-bed of this project for our vacation. I found it online and am quite impressed with how the project looks like. After viewing, I wasn't disappointed at all. Nice sea view as the project is just 150 m. away from Surin Beach. No need to drive, and that's why I chose it here. The room I brought is fully furnished and move-in ready, so it's time-saving. Overall, the project looks great. Will get back to you for updates on whether it's worthwhile or not.
