I've just reserved a room for this project. It is a one-bedroom room, size 46 square meters, which is very spacious for two people. The decoration is modern with quality materials. There are full facilities in the project for every family member. My favorite is a spa, a sauna, a restaurant, and a bar, which is great because you don't have to go out. The atmosphere is also very shady. Most importantly, the price is 3 million, which is very affordable compared with other projects. The project location is not far from Layan Beach; it is only 10 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive. Bang Tao Beach is also only 700 meters away. I can't wait for it to be completed.
This place is another interesting option for investing

I had a chance to get the details of this project, and I'm very interested. I am personally looking for a vacation rental in a good location, not far from Layan Beach. More importantly, the price is reasonable. The room that we are interested in is a studio room. The size is not very wide but divided into functional proportion. The decoration looks nice, and the pool is large. I think it's a bit cramped inside the project. It may not be suitable for people who like privacy. There is a rental guarantee program, as well. I think this is another interesting option for investing.
