Must admit that this project is in the perfect location where you can find a prosperity of convenience. It's right at the entrance of Laguna Resort. The atmosphere is suitable for living, private, and quiet. In the surrounding area, there are many shops and international restaurants. It also has a supermarket and 5-star hotels. With a limited number of units, the neighbors are good. The house has 2 floors with 4 bedrooms. The unit area is spacious, coming with a rest area and a poolside sala. Our family loves spending time there. Although it's quite disturbing from insects and mosquitoes, we can fully enjoy nature there, especially in the morning. The weather is very nice.

I bought a detached house at Laguna Vista, which is the best one and offers beautiful scenery. It is also close to quiet beaches such as Laguna Beach, Layan Beach, and Bang Tao Beach, or nearby places with many conveniences such as Boat Avenue, Porto De Phuket, and Villa Market. It is also close to Phuket International Airport as well, only 25 minutes. It is called life complete every single day. Moreover, the project is also equipped with facilities such as a private swimming pool, a fitness center, a BBQ grilled area, and a clubhouse to use the services according to the needs. Very impressive! If anyone is interested in the project, you can walk in to ask for further details. There is friendly staff to give you insightful information.
