Boat Avenue และหาดลายันก็ขับรถไปไม่ไกลเลยค่ะ สะดวกทุกอย่างจริง ๆ I stayed at this villa during a recent holiday with my family. It is a villa with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, plus a private pool. The living area is very spacious and beautifully decorated with excellent furniture. The overall atmosphere is quiet, and the people are not crowded. Also, there is a 24-hour security guard. It's a short drive to Porto de Phuket, Villa Market, Boat Avenue, and Layan Beach from the property. It is convenient for everything.
It is a luxury house project.

It is a luxury house project in a contemporary style that I like. Every house has the same design; there are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, all 8 units. Inside, the house has a spacious living area. There is a complete kitchen, ready for cooking, the living room, and a terrace in front of the villa. The pool is big, beautiful, lovely to swim in. There is a guard for safety and makes us less worried while staying. The location is a good, quiet place and the car is not crowded. The road in Soi Pa Sak 4 ​​is relatively narrow; it can be challenging to use a car, but the road to the project is not long. It is close to Layan Beach; you can drive there in about 8 minutes. It is a beautiful beach with a good atmosphere. Suitable for picnics, dining on the beach with the family.
