I've been renting this single house for five years which has 3 bedrooms in a 2-story home. I relocated to Phuket from other regions to work. The community is in a fantastic location, surrounded by conveniences, close to Tesco Lotus Chao Fa and Wat Thep Nimit Market, where you can find both fresh, ready-to-eat meals, a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables at a low price. Rawai or Kathu are both easily accessible. There are several restaurants, and I enjoy my time here. Despite the village's age, the houses are in good condition with completed furniture. Most of the neighbors are Thai people. My only problem is that some of my neighbors park their cars in front of the house, which blocks the entry and exit. It's quite inconvenient.
