To get to the project by car, start from Saphan Hin Roundabout, Saphan Hin Public Park and head northwest onto Phuket Road for 150 meters and slightly turn left. Keep going onto Thepsirin Road for 1.5 kilometers and turn right onto Sakdidej Road. Continue for 600 meters and turn left before New Phuket Yarnyon. Go straight for 100 meters; you will find the project on your left.

I really made the right decision to buy a room in this project for rent. Many foreign customers are interested in renting it all year. Maybe because of its location in Phuket Town, it is still quiet and close to all amenities, such as Chalermprakiat Park, Phuket. It is a garden for relaxation and exercise, less than 10 minutes walk. This neighborhood has a 7-Eleven, including many restaurants. Central Festival Phuket is just a 5-minute drive away. The room I bought for rent out is a 1-bedroom unit, quite spacious. It's are fully furnished, you don't have to add anything more. In addition, the project also has an infinity pool, fitness center, and other needs of the tenants. It is considered excellent for investment.
