If you are looking for a condo for investment and relaxation, I think it would be a good choice. I have the opportunity to attend a seminar in Bangkok and look through the investment for a while. I think it's worth it because a complete range of facilities and the room interior come with top quality furniture. The on-site include a large and very luxurious swimming pool, a gym, a sauna, and a restaurant. However, the downside will be the location, as it is far from the city, and there are no convenience stores in the neighborhood.
