To get to the project by car, you can start from Chalong Clock Tower, heading south onto Route 4024 for about 2.3 kilometers. Turn right onto Soi Saiyuan for about 1.8 kilometers and turn right again onto Route 4009 for about 950 meters. Turn left onto Route 4030 for about 1.7 kilometers at the traffic light junction. When reaching Nong Han, go straight ahead for about 170 meters and turn left at Soi Naya for about 500 meters; then, you will see The Sands on the right-hand side.

Spacious apartment, 2 minutes walk to Naiharn beach

If you are looking for a beach vacation in the south of Phuket , that's the best choice. Great location within walking distance to Nai Harn beach. Beautifully decorated ground floor apartment – with a big size, comfortable and cozy. The residence is quite old but well maintained with covered parking and a nice common pool. There is a big lake just outside the Sands where you can run with Expats and Thai in the afternoon when the weather is cooler.
Old condo but the location is ok near Nai Harn Beach.

The location is ok. It is a comfortable condo to live in. Although the condo is quite old, the interior is clean, comprising sofas and soft beds for us to relax. There is also a small kitchen with a full kitchen equipment set, making us enjoy cooking every meal. Besides, there is convenient car parking, which is easy to find a parking space. We are also able to walk to the nearby attractions with ease. In front of the condo will be Nong Han Public Park, which is a large reservoir. It is a nice atmosphere, shady, beautiful view, sea breeze blowing through the day. It is considered the most relaxing place to sit and relax. We can walk to Nai Harn Beach within a few minutes walk from the condo in the evening. It is such a white sandy beach and clear blue water. Many people come to visit here. This trip makes us enjoy a lot. As for how to get here, it can travel by yourself easily, and the route is not complicated. The condo is in an easily accessible location, not difficult to travel. Very convenient!
