I have been here for 6 months. It is very worth the investment as it is convenient to travel and you can walk to Tesco Lotus in just about 10 minutes. On Saturday, there will be a Chillva Market nearby and many foods available in the neighborhood. The project is clean and safe. Moreover, the staff is helpful. My room is 1 bedroom, and I stay with my boyfriend. The room fits well and not too small. There is a spacious balcony overlooking the beautiful pool view. The only thing that I don't like is that the motorbike parking area is not enough for the number of residents !!

The best location condo near the bypass road, surrounded by various amenities such as Tesco Lotus, restaurants, and night markets. Here is a new condo, tidy and clean. The guards work great. There are full facilities such as a swimming pool and a fitness center. My room is a one-bedroom unit, decorated in elegant modern style. The room has complete functions. Plus, the neighbors are also lovely and friendly.

I have been looked after very well by the staff. The condo is located in the center of Phuket Town, featuring many facilities. The communal pool here is cleaned regularly, and there is a very well equipped gym. The condo is suitable for those who love convenience because there is everything that contributes to daily life. It is also very close to important places, restaurants, convenience stores, or even shopping malls in Phuket. It really matches all lifestyles. Apart from that, the project provides a good internal management system, staff or residents are of good quality, very worthwhile!

The condo is situated in a good location, near Bypass road, and close to many department stores, including Tesco Lotus, Big C, Central Festival Phuket. Besides, there are leading hospitals, both Bangkok Hospital and Bangkok Hospital Siriroj. The place is considered very convenient for traveling. The room I bought is a 1-bedroom type on the 6th floor, fully furnished and beautifully decorated. It is a very nice condo. There is a shady atmosphere and complete facilities. I am not disappointed when buying a room here. The price is also not high.
