Direction to the Project
To get to the project by car, you can start from Phuket Town, starting from in front of Super Cheap Market, and head north on Thepkrasatree Road (Route 402) for about 5.2 kilometers. Turn left onto Soi Kohkeaw 23 for about 280 meters and go straight onto Route 3030 for another 270 meters. Then you will see Woodlands on the left-hand side.
The building (the bricks and mortar) can be owned by a non-Thai national outright in their name in what is called the house registry which secures ownership indefinitely of the structure.
